Alena Malachova graduated from the Law School of Charles University Prague in 2009. The same Law School awarded her the Doctor iuris degree in 2012. Currently she is finishing a research doctoral degree program (Ph.D.) in the area of civil law with specialization in real estate and property law.
The Czech Bar Association was commissioned on February 5, 2016 by the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade for an off-court solution of consumer disputes between a lawyer and a consumer of Contracts for the provision of legal services (under Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, as amended ).
